Meet the team

Matt Davis

Chairman

Matt leads the business’s growth and expansion strategy, holding overall responsibility for its performance and long-term direction. A driven entrepreneur, he is passionate about building resilient, forward-thinking businesses that deliver sustainable value.

Having founded the company in 2011 following the successful operation of a specialist hazardous waste logistics business, Matt brought with him deep sector knowledge and a clear vision for resource efficiency. With hands-on experience in the WEEE waste industry dating back to before the introduction of the 2003 WEEE Directive, he has been instrumental in shaping the business to meet evolving legislation while championing circular economy principles.

Under Matt’s leadership, the organisation has continued to adapt to a rapidly expanding market, prioritising reuse, recovery, and responsible recycling to maximise material value and minimise environmental impact. His approach ensures compliance not just as a requirement, but as a catalyst for innovation and sustainable growth.

Matt holds the recognised WAMITAB qualification and has built a wealth of practical experience across the waste and resource management sector. In recognition of his contribution, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to advancing the industry, he was awarded the prestigious Fred Jamieson Award at the 2022 RAC Cooling Industry Awards.
